The Quality Assurance Department was developed by OakCraft’s management team in order to continuously improve quality throughout the organization. Quality has always been a priority to OakCraft and the Quality Assurance Department is the next step to ensuring constant and reliable quality to our products.
The Quality Assurance Department will focus on improving quality in all areas of the company, with the main goal being of providing the customer with a great product from start to completion. As a company, OakCraft understands that in order to surpass our customers expectations, the quality of our services and products must be higher than our competition. We intend to not only maintain constant quality, but to also continuously work toward improving it. By focusing on maintaining our customers satisfaction we intend to not only better our competitive advantage and grow our business, but also to do the same for our customers.
The Quality Assurance Department has been designed as vehicle to not only detect quality issues, but as tool to improve and maintain high quality. The Department will function as a resource to the other departments in respect to improving quality. The Quality Assurance Department will have quality check points throughout the company in order to ensure that no nonconforming product is being passed to our customers and to maintain records of the quality issues discovered. Furthermore, the Quality Assurance department will work with department leads and supervisors to document any quality issues encountered in the specific department. Once an issue has been identified as needed to be addressed, the Quality Assurance Department will work with the individual departments on a corrective action plan in to order to prevent future reoccurrences.
Excellent Quality has always been one of OakCraft’s main focuses and the Quality Assurance Department will ensure that we continuously exceed the quality our customer expect from our products and services.
